Shipping Information

Peach Apple is pleased to offer next-day shipping on all online credit card orders received by 8:00 p.m. eastern, Monday – Friday.  Orders received after 8:00 p.m. Monday – Friday, and all orders received on Saturday and Sunday, will be shipped within two business days.

Please expect your complete order to arrive within three (3) business days of its ship date.  Add two (2)  business days for rural zip codes. Your order may arrive in multiple packages.

Peach Apple currently ships to U.S. locations, including P.O. Boxes, U.S. territories and *APO/DPO/FPO addresses.

*Special restrictions and shipping conditions may apply to U.S. military and diplomatic post offices overseas.  Please contact Customer Service for assistance before completing your order.

Returns & Exchanges

We take great pride in our merchandise and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.  However, if you are not pleased with your selection, you may return your merchandise within 10 calendar days of receipt for a refund or exchange it for an in-stock item of equal value. We use tracking information from our shipping carrier to determine your date of receipt for online orders. Merchandise purchased and received during live sale events (e.g. pop-up shops, tradeshows, and vending events) must be returned within 10 calendar days of the event date.

Here are a few important matters to consider when processing your return:

  • Clothing must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and have their original tags attached. 

  • The following are FINAL SALE

    • Clearance and "Haul Sale" items

    • Accessories

    • Swimwear

    • Intimate apparel

  • Only orders assigned an RMA code will be processed for return/exchange (See our Returns Process for more information on RMA).

  • Items returned to Peach Apple Brands without an assigned RMA code and/or after 10 calendar days of receipt will be returned to the customer.

  • Discounts and offers are subject to adjustment if the returned merchandise causes the order to no longer qualify.

  • Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

  • We strongly recommend customers' returned merchandise accompany a package tracking number for their records. 

  • All returns/exchanges will be processed within three (3) business days of our receipt. If the merchandise is in resalable condition, your refund will be issued or your exchanged item(s) will be shipped. You will receive an e-mail notification when your refund has been processed or when your exchanged merchandise has shipped.

 

Returns Process

  1. Customers must contact Peach Apple by phone (202.503.4066),  e-mail  or complete the form below to request a returned merchandise authorization (RMA) code.  
  2. Please include your RMA code on the Return/Exchange form. You may download a Return/Exchange form here.
  3. Include your completed Return/Exchange form in the package with your returned merchandise.
  4. Please ship your returns to the address listed on your Return/Exchange form, ensuring your package reaches Peach Apple by the 10th calendar day of your receipt.
